Summer in a nut shell

Crazy 3 and Crazy 1....and there's more
Crazy 2 and just one more.....
Emma is the last and the life of the party.  She can get all the kids laughing like no one else can.  We'll be sitting at dinner and she make a funny face and the rest of the clan will bust a gut and not be able to eat any more.  She brings sunshine to our lives!

TRIP TO LUNDIN'S PLACE IN IDAHO
I'll bet you thought "the man from snowy river," was there too.  He wasn't...its just Mike with our sweet girl right along side.

The boys love the horses and they love any chance they get to ride them, especially when they get to take total control of the reigns.
See Ya- bring back a steer....Yah!

All together time is our favorite time!!!!!!!!!!
check out the hand of control in the middle, and I ask you "who runs the house?"

each has his or her own secret gang sign if you care to check it out
The Women of the House!  If we aren't happy ain't no body happy!
Ya gotta love this girl!  Her face says a million words.

Trip to Indiana taken in early summer.  It was a visit to see the Whitings and the Gilchrists with mom.

Berry Family Reunion To The Beach In California!!!!

The sand castle contest was a high light of the week. Dan, Mike, Emma, and I made an octupus in the sand. It was awesome.
Mike and Emma chilling on the beach together. Emma loves her Daddy and her "swimmy", her name for her bathing suit.

Here is Samuel's castle building!

Here is our wonderful Ana.

Daniel's tunnel and debonaire smile!

This was Emma's first time at the beach and I think she feels good about it!

Fun Photos

April 2010

D-man's birthday was this last month. He was so excited for all the wonderful presents he recieved from everyone. We had a wonderful just for him. He had been dreaming about going to Chuck-E-Cheese for about a month before and his dreams were finally realized on his birthday when his brother's baseball game got rained out and we were able to go to Pizza Hut (because Chucky doesn't make very tastey pizza), eat it in the car, and spend an hour playing games at the place where D's dreams all come true.

I was informed an hour before we were to depart for the Chucky party that I was to make a Chucky cake. I was very unprepared to make such a cake and it actually fell apart on the way to the resturaunt but the taste was lovely and he was happy I tried my best to make it look like and ugly mouse.

Mom was at our house a couple days before her birthday so we made her have a party with us. We made waffles and raspberries and the kids had a great time blowing up balloons and rubbing them in their hair. Gotta love staticky hair! Happy birthday mom! We are so glad you are born.

This really hurt, but I was pretty tough about it! My babysitter was pretty nervous about the whole thing, but I told her I had just hit a blood vesset straight on.

June 2009

Our First Ever Professional Family Photo

We have a wonderful friend who offered to take our picture in trade for some piano lessons. I am pretty sure that we got the lucky end of the deal. She is so awesome.

You can't see it, but we must have been sitting on a den of gnats during this picture. They were biting us everywhere. We had to hold still, promise not to move, and look like we were having fun. Ahhhh! I think poor little Emma ended up with several bites on her little head.

The location of our picture was at the Ezra T. Benson Grist Mill that is right across the road from our house. It is a great place with lots of pioneer heritage wrapped in it. We love it. During the summer they have activities there every month.

We are having our kids practice on the hand cart just in case! I think I will sit in the handcart and sip lemonade while they practice next time.

This is our precious Emma -"Emma Bean" as I call her. She is now 8 months and loves to be vertical. She stands next to everything she can. She doesn't crawl yet, but she knows how to propel herself forward using her hands and feet- no knees- just hands and feet. Looks painful to me!

This is our Ana. She is princess through and through. She loves lips, nails, dresses, and high heals. If she had her way her mom would wear a dress and fancy shoes everyday. She does love to play and fight with her brothers still.
Daniel just finished kindergarten. He loved is and is a wiz
at writing. He loves to pretend and dress up Star Wars,
Super Heroes, and Ammon. He can keep he and his sister
busy pretending for hours.
Samuel just finished 1st
grade He is great reading &
spelling. I have to ask him
for help spelling words.
Sam loves his friends and
loves to try new things.
He's hungry to "know.
This is a closer picture of the one above. Now look what I've done. It is 11:45 and I am not in bed. This blogging things could be hazardous to my health.
